This plane was designed by Leadfeather from RcGroups. The Yak flies like one of the depron yaks but has the "bouncability" of EPP. This plane has been a hit everywhere it flies. It is great for learning 3D as well as for a pro flyer. These kits are being made available with the permission and support from LEADFEATHER from RC groups. Note: We are building these kits to order.
The current build time is 2 days for unpainted and 3 days to 1 week for painted.
If you are able to order and don't run into a sold out page, that means that you are in a build group of 25 or less.
This is necessary to keep us from getting over run with orders.

The parts are all cut by hand from 9mm #1.3lb EPP and have alignment tabs for easier building.
The kit consists of all the foam pieces pre-cut with control surfaces pre-beveled and hinges glued.
Aileron servo cutout in fuse for 9 gram servo pre-cut to speed assembly.
The wing spar slot is pre-cut into the bottom of the wing and elevator. Spars installation option see item details below.
All Hinges and Spars Glued with Welder Adhesive.

This Foam Kit comes just as it is stated. All parts cut unpainted, the grooves for the spar in the tail as well as the wing are cut (no Carbon Fiber). Aileron and elevator hinges pre-glued with welders adhesive. This kit works great if you already have the components from another plane and want to transfer them over to a new airframe.
